Junior Football – Communication procedure
Please note all communications must be referred to your Team Manager in the first instance. Most problems can be resolved quickly and easily this way
If the problem persists, or is not resolved to your satisfaction, please submit your complaint in writing to the Junior Committee, who will address your issue at a forthcoming meeting. You will be advised of the outcome.
Please note that under no circumstances should any individual from our club complain in writing or verbally to any other club or NEMJFA. Every complaint of this nature must be brought to the attention of the Chairman or Co-ordinators, who will assist you.
