An ordinary first half despite starting better. Portland looked to have the game in their control at half time. The Raggies came out to play in the second half with the backline particularly mean conceding only 1 goal until the last 2 minutes.

Finished this one off well. We kept Modbury in the game with some inaccuracy in front of goal. Modbury hit the front just after 3/4 time but the Raggies weren't going to let another one slip.

Poor kicking for goal in the first half, after a good opening against the breeze in the first quarter, really hurt in the end. A few injuries meant the side had to be reshuffled after half time, but Modbury were too good from there.

A disappointing finish in muddy conditions. Whilst we didn't play well, the goal post didn't help (twice) in the 3rd quarter when we were getting back into the game. Improvement was made this season but a very hollow feeling after exiting at this stage of the finals.
